A new application which turns email messages into VoIP calls has been launched recently. Yoomba made it possible with the help of a small download which adds ‘click to call’ buttons to the user’s email messages and address books. When the user clicks the abovementioned button, it automatically sends a message with a link to the contact.
As soon as the recipient clicks on the link, a VoIP call is established between the contact and the Yoomba user, and then they can start chatting.
The ‘click to call’ buttons can be integrated into the majority of online and offline email programs, e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, and Yahoo! Mail. This service helps to avoid logging into a third-party program when setting up a personal VoIP call.
